Hi all I tried yesterday to do chestrun in doa in stigian veil but there weren't chests....
Can u tell me and what build??

they used to be (in stigian)... but anet nerfed them...

Ya the Stygien Chests are now Nerf. You have to Farm for them now.

It's either a newbug, wrong implementation of the fix or a deliberate NERF.
Chests stopped spawning in Stygian Veil and spawn about 3x LESS frequantly in Gloom after this update.

Apparently this update caused also a decrease in the number of chests spawning in popular Vabbi/Desolation chest running locations (not tested any others) from always 5 before to 3-5 after update.

Actually...

I opened a Demonic Chest yesterday in Stygian Veil. It was on the ramps where all the demons spawn, and come out in waves.

there are chests in stygian veil just not as easy to get to

I ran through the city of torc'qua

That is the route I took, no chest. I was looking everywhere, holding down alt to see the chest, nothing. I know 1 run is hardly proof, but I will be going on more. Anyone else experience a lack of chests in the city?

EDIT: Lol I 5 runs later I found one up on the battlement :S, not sure how to get up there.

EDIT2: Turns out you can open and grab the item dropped from the chest if its on the edge of the battlement. Just set your view to 1st person and look up, click on it, open it, then click on your item.
